By using CaseFill during its beta period, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Beta Software

CaseFill is currently in active development. Features may change, be added, or be removed as we improve the platform. We will provide at least 30 days notice before discontinuing any major feature you rely on. During the beta period, you may experience occasional bugs, downtime, or changes to functionality.

2. Not a System of Record

CaseFill is designed to supplement—not replace—your firm’s official case management system. You should maintain independent records of all case data, filings, and client communications. Always verify AI-generated content against your primary records before filing with USCIS or any government agency.

3. AI Limitations

CaseFill’s AI features—including legal research, form autofill, and document analysis—are assistive tools designed to save time, not to replace professional judgment. AI-generated outputs may contain errors or omissions. As the attorney of record, you retain full professional responsibility for reviewing, verifying, and approving all content before filing.

4. Data Processing

To power AI features, client data you enter into CaseFill is processed by third-party AI providers (Anthropic and OpenAI) under signed Data Processing Agreements. These providers do not use your data for model training. For full details on how we handle, store, and protect your data, see our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.

5. Conflict Checking

CaseFill’s conflict-check feature uses fuzzy name matching to flag potential conflicts across your caseload. This is a convenience tool and is not a substitute for comprehensive conflicts analysis as required by your jurisdiction’s rules of professional conduct. You remain responsible for performing a thorough conflict check using your firm’s established procedures.
